This five day course will provide students the opportunity to consider their leadership style and how it impacts on their team, how to build a cohesive team and the dynamics involved in teams.
In modern day the pressure on organisations to improve efficiency requires constant and detailed review of team performance. Good leaders find ways to develop their team so that they work as one, enhancing each other and maximising performance. Less well led teams will blame the person who is not performing before considering why this is the case. After a week of extensive exercise and discussion participants will be better equipped to meet the business and performance challenges by building more effective and cohesive delivery teams.
