This course is designed to enable participants to identify and develop the key skills required to perform the roles in the Executive Secretariat effectively.
This five day course examines effective methods to enhance the quality of support systems and processes in the Executive Secretariat, together with improving the organisational and interpersonal skills of the staff. Held at a fully appointed and convenient location in Abu Dhabi, this course will examine those issues which critically affect the influence and impact of Chief Executives and Directors and the effectiveness of service outcomes.
