This five day course is designed for Police leaders and professionals who are looking to enhance and improve their decision making and problem solving skills in order to achieve successful outcomes and solutions in day to day business practice.
Critical thinking and the ability to create solutions to problems significantly enhance the way policing is delivered today and general business potential. Leaders and decision makers must use a variety of methodologies and creative processes in order to operate successfully in certain situations.
