Working safely is a course for people at any level, in any sector, needing an awareness of health and safety.
Booking now open for course running Monday 22nd June 2015 – bookwhen.com/qek2p
Every employee should have an understanding of why they must ‘work safely’ – and this course offers exactly that. It also meets an employer’s obligation in providing basic Health & Safety training for their staff.
The London Policing College are a licensed training provider of accredited IOSH Health & Safety Courses. Our trainers are highly experienced retired police officers with a vast knowledge and experience of working in a dynamically changing and fast decision making environment that could well impact on peoples lives.
The course will focus on why health and safety is important, and how individuals can make a real difference to the wellbeing of themselves and others through changing their behaviour. Students will have a nationally recognised and respected certificate of training that’s designed and quality-controlled by IOSH, the Chartered body for health and safety. The course is a 100% match to the Health and Safety Executive’s ‘Passport’ syllabus.
Working Safely is a one day programme which includes the assessment, so there’s no need to free up further time for a test after the course.
Delegates who successfully complete the written and practical assessments can choose between IOSH’s Working safely certificate or a credit card-sized ‘passport’ card.
