Paul has many years of policing experience Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) reaching the rank of Chief Superintendent. He has experience of managing major sporting events, introducing, and establishing innovative new approaches to policing. He led major reforms in the style, content, and measurement of police training through the Policing Skills Programme which led to involvement with Home Office Working Party and the application nationwide.
He was appointed as the UK Regional Police Adviser, serving as a diplomat in the Caribbean responsible for 12 countries. His credibility for integrity, completing projects on time and developing personnel gained him a reputation valid in the Caribbean Region.
A Chartered Psychologist he mentors Psychologists seeking Chartership Status within the British Psychological Society.
Paul provides press and media briefings for the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Division of Forensic Psychology (DFP) on subjects including community policing, managing major sporting events, policing football matches, conducting reform and modernisation programmes.
