Ranjit’s’ experience spans Merchant Navy officer as a Foreign Going Ship Master Mariner Class, MoD Police, Essex Police and HMICFRS. Ranjit completed the Strategic Command Course (SCC) and subsequently joined the Police Staff College Bramshill, as an Assistant Chief Constable and a Syndicate Director for the Strategic Command Course.
Ranjit is a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor, a Coaching Supervisor and he holds Level A and Level B (Intermediate Plus) in occupational testing from The British Psychological Society, NLP Practitioner MBTI, WAVE, NEO, Hogan & Hays EI 360 licence holder. Ranjit has coached and mentored senior police officers, both nationally and internationally, including senior police officers from Norway, Holland, Ireland, USA (FBI), Gibraltar and France.
Ranjit was a part of the National Senior Career Advisory Service for the police service where he coached senior police officers and staff from Superintendents to Chief Constables. His clients are senior executives from private and public sector. Ranjit has also delivered Stepping Up to Chief Officer Programme for aspiring Superintendents and Chief Superintendent. Ranjit helped in the design and delivery of CoP led national Releasing Potential Programmes for talented BAME Chief Inspectors and Superintendents.
Ranjit can read, write and speak fluent Hindi and has a working knowledge of Japanese
Ranjit has been awarded Masters in Education, Masters in Applied Criminology through Cambridge University and a Doctorate in Change Management by Middlesex University.
